All orders are produced on demand and usually ship in 1-2 days time from order approval. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail.

How It Works

During checkout, you can customize your pre-roll packaging and labels to match your brand:

  3. Choose whether you’d like us to apply the labels or ship them separately

  4. Add any special instructions or notes

  5. Complete your order

If you run into upload issues, email your files to Sales@ReUpSupply.com with your order number. For larger files, we recommend using WeTransfer.com.

Once we receive your artwork, our team reviews your design and begins production—usually within 1–3 business days.

No problem. Re-Up Supply Co. is a full-service design studio with over 30 years of experience. We offer two fast and affordable layout packages to get your files print-ready:

Basic Layout – $9.95
Clean placement of your logo and Cannabis warning logo.

Full Layout – $19.95
Includes everything from the Basic, plus added elements like bag size, social media handles, QR codes.

No artwork or logo? Start with our Basic Design Package – $34.95
We’ll create a custom logo and layout based on your ideas or sample references. Includes up to 1 hour of design time—which is enough for most projects. If more time is needed, we’ll let you know before we begin.

Our Plastic and Glass Pre-Roll tubes are Made in the USA, for superior quality and uniform construction.

We offer Child-Resistant and Cork top models.

PRE-ROLL JOINT TUBE DIMENSIONS:

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • For best results, please send your original artwork in Vector (AI, PDF, EPS) format with CMYK color-space, and all text saved as outlines.

  • If you are sending a Photoshop PSD/PDF, please make sure your file is at least 150dpi (300dpi recommended), CMYK color-space.

  • We can work with JPG and PNG files. For best results, please send high resolution images.

  • All artwork must have a 1/8″ bleed for safe cutting space, and all text should be 1/8th” from all edges to avoid cut-off.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • We will review your artwork. If there is an issue, you will contact you prior to production.

  • If you cannot be reached (within 12-24hrs), we will use our best judgement to complete the project, or place the order on hold.

  • Due to the nature of our custom services, All Sales are Final and not returnable.  Once printed, no further changes will be possible.

  • Communication is key, if you require something specific, it must be clearly communicated to us.
